If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, or the wrong size of product, we will quickly replace the item for you free of charge. Simply give us a shout at contact(at)outdoorssometimesweekly.com with attached photos of the issue and we will make it right. We almost never deal with damaged/defective products, but we stand by our brand and we'll stand by you.

14 Day Free Exchange Policy (Clothing only)
Did you order a product that doesn't fit just right? If your shirt doesn't fit, and you have confirmed that the OSW Precision Fit Guide was used, just send the shirt back and we will send you a new shirt free of charge.
Simply return the product unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item(s) not in it's original condition, damaged, has missing parts or mailed 15+ days after the delivery date cannot be exchanged. This policy only pertains to clothing.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Only one exchange per product purchased.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. We will cover all costs associated with replacing damaged products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If there is a print mistake, a reprint can be ordered immediately. Seeing how they are specially made just for you, we can't accept any refunds.
